UFB is back! First intensive bootcamp of 2019. I cant wait to get started with the group. Over the years this bootcamp has achieved incredible results not only in physical and mindset improvements but also on the education and understanding side of things.

Heres some FAQs


What days are bootcamp?  A. UFB has been opened up and spread over the whole week 7 days - helping different lifestyles and working patterns. 

What times are bootcamp on which days?  This bootcamp will run: Mondays 6am & 6pm / Tuesdays 6pm / Wednesdays 7pm / Thursdays 6am & 7pm / Saturdays 9am / Sundays 11am

How many sessions should i be attending to get the best results?  This is varied for each individual. But in general 3 sessions minimum per week. The sweet spot is 4. You don't have to attend all of them. Recovery is a big part of achieving results. We take a smart approach to results. 

What if i'm away for a few days or a week can i still sign up? Yes. The training volume is only one aspect of achieving results. your goals don't have to suffer because of a couple of days or a week of commitments. We can alter your approach to suit.

Is it for Beginners? will everyone be fitter and stronger than me? This is absolutely for beginners and anyone wanting to improve their health & Fitness. ability level doesn't come into it. The month is about self improvement not competition between the group. It doesn't matter where you start as long as you start.
