NOT a gym In the traditional sense. if its just a gym youre looking for to turn up as and when, be left to your own devices, pay low membership fee and have the bare minimum guidance we arent the place for you.
we are a Personal & Group training facility. The difference? Everything we do is structured, goal focused and guided. From personal training to our weekly group training schedule.
because of this we work on appointments only. this is a time effective way of structuring your week. this allows us to know how our week looks and yours too.
