Stop glorifying failure

its no substitute for discipline & hardwork when it comes to food and nutritional habits.

In life & business theres almost cultural instruction to fail. Fail at this and that because we learn from mistakes.

And this is absolutely true. Ive made a fair few of my own and this is the important part.... LEARN FROM THEM & DO BETTER

Failure is only powerful if it sparks or promotes a different action and outcome.

Failure for failures sake isnt a smart move.

Failed to stick to your intended food plan or diet regime? No worries learn from it and what you could do better next time ie (next meal or next day).

Dont big it up like your the classroom rebel and shout it from the roof tops telling everyone who will listwn that you couldnt stick to it. Its Not going to help you.

Sure other people will and can relate so you feel better for ‘not being alone’ but as a result you are giving power to the wrong things which will ultimately hold you back.

‘I know i know i know’ i hear it often. ‘ i know what i need to do’

I saw this somewhere i dont know who said it but it rings true. ‘To know and not act is to never really know’

Get out of glorifying your negatvie loop.

Focus on solutions not problems.
