This is the time of year where information overload is super high.
How to eat, what to eat, how to stay healthy or lose weight is all over TV, social media, radio, magazines. There's new books released and gadgets or the latest gimmicky trend all thrust upon us.
So my first principle for you is GET YOUR APPROACH STRAIGHT. Know the approach you are taking. Many people fail by taking bits of a variety of methods, usually being the bits they like of each.
My educated opinion there are some good and some bad approaches. But all work provided they're followed correctly and given time.
But whatever direction and approach you decide to take make sure you stick to it! half efforts get less than half results!
BONUS TIP: Detox teas, juicing & cleanses don't work. Its more of an orderly placebo effect. You actually detox yourself each night when sleeping. Providing you have a liver and at least one kidney. There is no food or drink on this earth that does the job of the kidney or liver. Food and drink are fuel. A liver and kidney are the machine.
