SEPTEMBER FITNESS CHALLENGE
Its that time of year when everything starts to go back to ‘normal’ kids back at school and routine falls back into place.
Most people will start to look a little forward to whats coming up and want to achieve their goals.
So with this in mind we are running a FREE fitness challenge to help keep you on track. keeping your body moving.

heres how it will work...
SCRABBLE FITNESS
-Terri and i will be playing a game of scrabble. We get up to 1 turn each daily.
-each letter will be assigned its own exercise
- you have to do the exercises that make up the whole word. More letters per word mean more exercises.
- if landed on a double or triple words that means double or triple the exercise sequence
-if double or triple letter then just that on exercise is done in double or triple.
this is consecutive days! the challenge finishes when the game is finished.
Will you join in?
theres no reason not to! all can be done at home, all bodyweight and no cost to you! Just commitment to the game which is commitment to your fitness!
You can do the exercise at any point during the day which fits in around and within your lifestyle.
