In light of the recent #worldhealthday we saw fit to add some enjoyment into the mix for this weeks selection. The reason being that so many people have a bad relationship with food and often go the majority of the year living in food deficits desperate to lose weight, when the truth is we shouldn't live in deficits year round or indefinitely.
