Introducing....

DAD camp - Men only Training.


This is aimed at dropping body fat, improving strength and conditioning and most importantly learning the methods that stay with you.


over 4 weeks we'll engage in 3 sessions per week.

nutrition advice included along with learning how to set up for effective workouts, learning optimal techniques to get the very best of results in body composition.


GENTS... in my experience men are the hardest and most stubborn to admit that they don't know much about, cant do something or cant admit something. Strength and conditioning goes far deeper than a couple of chest press, bicep curls and crunches a few times a week. So this program is for you!!






This program is created to encourage support and give you confidence to put in the efforts and achieve. Regardless of your motivations in the beginning... perhaps you need to lose some lbs on the waist line, maybe you want to feel a bit better or look a bit better for the other half. Feel a little younger? more energy? release some tension and stress or have an important deadline / occasion coming up. This is the environment to achieve it.


This program isn't going to be all brutes and grunts... you'll be educated and supported each step. You'll be challenged and pushed. Surrounded by like minded guys.
