HOW TO APPROACH THE GYM...
Once Gyms open many people are saddly going to try and make up for lost time. The aim ISN'T to go all out in the first 2 days so you cant workout for the next 10 days. Consistency is king. So going into this with a plan of approach is the smart move. Progress slowly!
