Create Space



Last week i put up some short pieces of insight, touching on ways of thinking or perspective or approach that can be applied to different situations in the gym and in every day life.

Here's a big reason for that... Creating space.

Creating head space and perhaps even creating some time and space in you week.

Some time you can give back to yourself to be used effectively. It could be to enjoy the simple things in life even just for a few minutes. It could be to plan, or do the things you want to do consistently, often intend or wish to do or want to start doing.

We all need to create space. This helps us improve often more than we thought we could, feel more in sync and fulfilled with life and get a little back from what we put in focusing on the important things and bigger picture.

Creating space allows us to reflect & plan, feel more rested mentally and physically which in turn helps with our drive and motivation when we take on daily tasks and pursuits.

I often remind many of you that more is not always better! Before taking an action its important to reflect and determine the best course.

Context is always required. knowing when to push and when to ride.

Its never a linear thing, its always shifting.
