Commit TO YOURSELF


Your diet alone is only one part of the picture. You have to add in this thing called life too since it has such big influence over nutritional habits in todays world.

Cravings, emotional eating, social occasions, celebrations, family gatherings.

Couple that with what feels like everyone else doing a million different things or approaches. Whats the right way to go?


You may have jumped between a few approaches and not saw the results you want?

Must be the diet right?

More than likely NOT


Approaches are tools. How you use them is down to you.


Try hammering a nail with the pick end of a hammer, wont serve you very well and youll miss more than you hit.

Use the hammer the right way!


If your tool isnt serving you well then you need to assess.

Calorie counting, Keto, Vegan, Low carb, Flexible eating


And all the others


Only work if you do it correctly & consistently. Bare in mind that its not up to those around you to keep you on track thats your responsibility.


If you go into social events and occasions youll need a little bit of thick skin to stay on track and will have to get good and confident at saying no thanks. Just no thanks. Without following up with a reason or excuse.


If discipline and self control is your issue going for a style thats restrictive or even more restrictive than what you usually do is doomed to fail or results very short lived.


Be smarter and compassionate in your approach. It will serve you much better


Be honest in your assessment


Wanting a better health and fitness status isnt punishement!


So listen up

If you arent willing to ‘live like the athlete’ you are comparing yourself against then dont expect the results of that person.

In fact stop comparing yourself to others period. Success leaves clues. As does failures & mistakes.


The biggest mistake i see for people that fail at fat loss?? INCONSISTENCY.

FULLY COMMIT to the approach you take.

Whats the best diet for you? Generally speaking the one you can commit and comply too the most.
