now is an important time as ever to keep on top of your health and fitness. So in testings times for each of us, we all need to adapt and find new innovative ways of getting our message to you and giving guidance.  Our PT studio has been closed since the weekend So now the focus is in what we can do effectively from home. There is some great positives to take away from the situation that has been thrown at us. We just need to look and acknowledge them.  HOW DOES ONLINE TRAINING WORK?  it’ll involve lots of interaction in your preferred method.  -we set workouts that can be done individually and get feedback. - we do LIVE streams of session that would otherwise be group based. Last night was Yoga Flow LIVE.  many more to come.  - we offer nutritional and lifestyle guidance within our private online groups.  -along with continued support.  In all honesty it feels weird at first! But once you get into it, its actually feels normal, effective and good overall. we have had some incredible feedback so far from members.
