ALL IN A MONTH OF SUNDAYS
We are approaching a time where many are either just getting to grips with their regime after its 'honeymoon period' or are starting to falter for what ever reason. Perhaps the initial will power is dwindling, or you're slowly falling back into old comfortable habits. In any case BETTER BODIES HEALTH & PERFORMANCE wants you to achieve and keep progressing! break the cycle of same old same old and get those results you crave!
So with this in mind for the month of February we will be having an additional fitness session on Sundays with a twist. This ISN'T going to be on the weekly timetable but rest assured its happening!!
Whether you are looking for some additional training, want a change from your norm or to help reclaim your inspiration. Sundays in February will be FITNESS CHALLENGE ORIENTATED!
Every Sunday will be a different task to complete. Challenging you Physically and mentally. Sparking a sense of achievement as well as helping to drop body fat and improve fitness!!
