A nudge into the positives

Navigating the times to find some positives We’ve see alot of panic all over social media and even the media. Its tough when all thats being thrown your way is panic and fear and doubt. It doesn’t put you in a place motivated to find those positives. Heres a list of things you have potentially gained or can get out of the situation.   more time with family declutter your home  time off work wanted to start/finish reading practice yoga/stretch try meditation  study be of service to humanity practice more gratitude  making your own meals tell people you love them learn how to be healthy work from home You wanted a less polluted planet You wanted to sleep more time to reflect on life serve thy neighbour mend your relationships start that new hobby more time to exercise be thankful to others do the things around the house that never get done hope this helps  Matt
