Day 16; Terri's blog

Need to start with this - Something weird happened today that has never happened before - I couldn't all all my food!

Perhaps it was too close to my workout. I can usually eat and I tried my best but just wasn’t going down! Matt finished it off for me.

As its been over two weeks i'm finding it easier now. I have my food perfectly timed so stop me from getting hungry and also to work around my workouts. Today started with a full body weight session, I also managed to get in a lunch time walk in the sunshine and my yoga flow class on the evening. I am really enjoying all the walking I have been doing. Mainly because it gets me some fresh air but also makes you feel great to be in some natural sunlight, the last little bit before all the rain comes.

We all need some extra vitamin d in our lives. Still 10/10 for food as if you would think any different! If you've been keeping up with my day to day you'll know this is my strength. In any case i feel the need to state it.

Although I am getting a little bored of eating the same stuff now and I have also started to get a few cravings for some chocolate and cake! This is an obstacle we all face when in a food deficit. All the 'goodies' seem more appealing and call out to us.

I opted for some water melon instead. When you get those cravings, try to stay busy and maybe even get an early night to get your mind off the food. I have been going to bed earlier and earlier the last few days, with all these extra workouts I need to extra rest.

Not much else to report on today. Only a few days left until the party and my results comparisons!
