Day 12 Terris 121 intensive bootcamp blog
It’s Friday and first day of eating higher calories for a few days. Not too much to report today, i'm just in the zone and following the process... Here's some points that a note worthy coming into day 12...
Friday is always a good day as it’s half day at work and the morning always goes so fast.
My morning started with a quick 20 min walk to get a bit cardio in and breakfast was high in protein to start the day. As I was in a meeting for most of the day i had to make sure that I planned to eat in the breaks to get it all in.
Mid morning I tucked into one of my favourite snacks - celery filled with crunchy peanut butter. I actually think I would eat peanut butter on anything, it just tastes so great! I didn’t manage to eat my lunch until pretty late, so went to my weight session fuller than usual but I didn’t mind as it helped fuel my workout.
Full upper body workout today with slightly heavier weights to utilities the extra carbs and energy and then finished my day teaching relaxation yoga. This is a great way to end your week. I particularly like teaching this yoga On a Friday as it also helps me at the end of a busy week to relax my body and mind and clear it for a productive weekend.
Dinner consisted a jacket potato filled with delicious slag Bol and a big bowl of coco pops for fun (but calculated,) it was a lot but not to the point of bloating, i was nice and satisfied.
One thing that is important to remember when having a refeed is not to gorge so whilst i'm having a few days re-feeding its actually is within my calculated calorie tolerance!! its purposeful and goal driven not greed driven. The next few days as just to replenish my muscles and provide me with the fuel to have some great workouts and give me energy to stick with it and stay positive. Feeling energised and happy and looking forward to seeing how my body reacted to the increase in carbs.
I'm feeling energised and ready to go!! Ill be sticking to the program for another few days to lead up to my Wedding reception Stay tuned!!
