When I 1st met Matt I felt I was motivated enough to train to improve my wellbeing myself, but after training with him for about 3 months, I was in the best place I have ever been in in my life, reaching my target weight goal but both physically and mentally. He is such a great motivator and inspiration. Matt's positive attitude is infectious and I am lucky to know him. He gave me the courage to chase a goal I had only thought about over the years. He was the push I needed and because of this I gained a sports and fitness qualification and I am going on to do an NVQ in personal training. I really enjoyed the challenge of bootcamp. It was tough but enjoyable and a real sense of achievement when I was able to see the results. The best result for me was to take control back and feel confident about my body and fitness. Matt was able to share he valuable nutrient knowledge that I have carried forward into my life post boot camp.
