A snip of information from my Bootcamp
here's something for you to ponder on and empower you:
Fat loss and conditioning are a great thing leading onto greater things. Once you've got things in order it becomes a statement of intent for yourself, confidence increases, energy increases, mood increase for the better, overall outlook increases positively.
you start doing things that you struggled or thought you couldn't do, looking better, feeling better in yourself and projecting it outward. Not for others first and foremost for yourself but it projects outwards anyway.
Actions speak louder than words, so don' t speak. Just crack on with what you know needs to be done. that's not to say don't contribute in this group, the opposite actually. Do all your talking here where its welcomed and has a place not to be judged... by someone who 'knows better'
because everyone has an opinion and even if you don't ask for it they will give it anyway. Most of the time uneducated or just something they heard off the TV or from social media. When someone says something along the lines of ' I heard' or 'they say'
to that I say 'where did you hear it' and who says????
I hear these phrases thrown around a lot and when you get to the bottom of it the people giving out this 'advice' are just people giving their opinion backed by nothing other than the little they know paired with what they like.
why does this matter? its simple when someone starts giving out there opinion they affect your momentum. it chips away at your confidence and you start questioning are you doing the right thing.
when you doubt yourself you become a squirrel, your likely to be indecisive and get flattened because you couldn't make a decision to go or stop. (I've borrowed this analogy)
we see and hear it in sports all the time about confidence. When a sports person or any person for that matter is rattled and loses confidence in themselves or their ability they're on the receiving end of a loss. Unless of course they dig deep and change it in the moment when it counts.
so I say again don't speak, don't give people the opportunity to rattle you. Your results in a few weeks time will do the talking then they will ask how not what you should be doing because everyone knows best.
if you do it my way; no more no less you'll achieve sustainable results. If you pick and choose bits and bobs that you like or 'suit you' then im afraid its at the expense of results.
success lies within you, it takes patience, consistency, work and time.
