A leg busting workout

Here's a leg routine that i have a love/ hate relationship with, give it a go and see your legs get conditioned, stronger and fitter.
Leg extension 5 x 12 - 15, 45 sec rest
Back squats 5 x 12 - 15, 45 sec rest
Front squats 3 x 12 - 15, 45 sec rest
Weighted walking lunges (dumbbells) 3 x 10 each, 60 sec rest
Leg press 3 x 10 drop sets, 60 sec rest
Calf raises 5 x 25, 30 sec rest
Weight selection is important dont go below 70% of your 'working weight'
Be prepared to float out of the gym, sleep well and see appetite increased the following day!
