Let me introduce Simon, a client that has stuck within the principles I encourage and promote at better Bodies. Training, nutrition & Rest.

No extremes, no fads, lots of hard work and commitment to his goal and his commitment to consistency... damn right there were 'cheat' days too! but the most important point here is the knowledge Simon has gained within his sessions. Learning correct levels of intensity, rest, importance of nutrition and how things take time.
